Ms. Hudson provides legal and technical assistance to state agencies and local governments on a wide range of policy and management issues. She is the author and coauthor of several publications for local governments, including County and Municipal Revenue Sources in Georgia, Fourth Edition and Compliance Auditing in Georgia Counties and Municipalites, Second Edition. She is co-editor of Handbook for Georgia County Commissioners, Fourth Edition and Handbook for Georgia Mayors and Councilmembers, Fourth Edition.
