Ms. Lawless is a member of the public service faculty and works in both the State and Local Government Programs. She conducts needs assessments and a full range of management development training sessions for municipal, county, and state government officials. In addition, she facilitates meetings and retreats for both appointed and elected government officials. She has nearly 20 years of practitioner experience in administration and management, serving most of that time in local government organizations of varying sizes. Ms. Lawless' management work was primarily in departments of budgeting, internal auditing, and management analysis.
