Mr. McBride is a member of the Governmental Training, Education, and Development Division, where he manages the education and certificate programs for the Georgia Local Government Personnel Association, the Georgia Chapter of the American Public Works Association, and the Georgia Association of Zoning Administrators. He also teaches in the Management Development Program and develops customized leadership and management programs for client groups.

Prior experience includes service as a County Extension Agent, Training Coordinator for the risk management programs of the Georgia Municipal Association and Association County Commissioners of Georgia, and county manager.
