4. A plan for a coordinated strategy among multiple agencies and organizations to promote history and historical tourism as tools of economic development in one or more rural Georgia counties.
5. A comprehensive inventory of history-related resources in Georgia (e.g., books, magazines, reports, videos, CD-ROMs, websites, etc.).
6. A review of the state's Quality Core Curriculum as it relates to the teaching of Georgia history in public schools.
7. A commission consensus statement on why teaching Georgia history is important
